Stunning and amazing location, very close to Financial District. Healthy food, spacious well equipped and sparkly clean room with lovely bathroom and refrigerator and an a/c. Hassle-free check-in, smooth check-out.

Big units on 15 floors below, appreciated it. The location was great, to the historic South Street seaport which has lovely views over the east river from several piers that have been renovated and the interior design was nice.

Excellent and incredible location - right at an Episcopal chapel. Near to the World Trade Center memorial and many dining places including sushi. Rich and nice hot breakfasts, with good coffee, scrambled eggs plus fruits.

The room was good sized and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was rich and included. The hotel's location was central, near an attraction we had n't visited. All the staff was top-class.

The rooms were airy and beautifully maintained with a fully equipped kitchenette and a massive fridge, as example, no complaints. The location was incredible, steps away from a colonial-era Episcopal church.

Generous and rich breakfast options, the food was good. Overall it was well-appointed and brand-new on 15 floors below. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, near an underground station.

The hotel is in a great location near subways and tourist locations in the NYC financial district. It's very close to the World Trade Center memorial, which I wanted to visit, about a 2-3 minute walk away. It's also close to different metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and the staff provided efficient service. The breakfast offered hot options, fruits, cereal, and Starbucks coffee.

One negative aspect was the lack of support and quality in the pillows.

We liked brand-new and neat rooms and outstanding food.

The room we had included a safe box, flat screen cable TV and a microwave oven. Private bathroom was large. The location was unbeatable, not too far from The Sphere Sculpture.

Stunning location to attractions like a traditional high church, that was not very far from the hotel. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were amazing.

I really enjoyed the clean and recently renovated queen studio suite with a large comfortable bed, and the layout was well-designed. The staff were all very polite and respectful.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, 1 km from a public park. And it's near to subway stations, restaurants, the pier, and world trade memorial and Wall Street.

The location was central, magnificent right next to the 911 memorial. Further, it was near to the centre and ferry.

That was first-rate hotel set in quiet area, very close to Manhattan and Broadway and the subway.

The location of Residence Inn was absolutely perfect for exploring NYC. Just a 2-minute walk to the World Trade Center, it made getting around a breeze. We were able to visit all the places we wanted to see without any hassle.
